At Country Charm Event Hire (formally Kelly Ann Events), we specialise in providing rustic-style furniture and decor that will add charm and elegance to your special day. Our warehouse is located in Boronia, VIC 3155. With a background of almost 20 years in the Event Industry, our knowledge and expertise will assist with your planning and product selection.

Our pieces have been handcrafted with attention to detail, ensuring that it not only looks beautiful but also provides comfort for you and your guests.
We believe that furniture should be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and our collection reflects that philosophy.

In addition to furniture, we also offer a range of rustic decor items to enhance the ambiance of your wedding venue. From vases and candle holders to wooden discs and hessian table runners, our decor pieces will add a touch of rustic charm to every corner of your event space.

We no longer offer one-time use items in our range such as candles, balloons and fresh flowers, and avoid items that are mass produced. By choosing our rustic decor, you're not only elevating your event but also contributing to a greener, more responsible future!

The Hiring Basics
Our items can be delivered and setup for you (minimum spend of $500 + delivery fee), or you can DIY your order which means pickup and return to our warehouse in Boronia (minimum spend $220). All our items and prices are listed on our website, to make it easy for you to create a wishlist the fits within your budget.

With a growing focus on backyard weddings and events, we also regularly service venues in Melbourne’s outer east including the Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley, Gippsland Region and the Mornington Peninsula.

Country Charm Event Hire is lead by Kelly, a hard-working & passionate lady with an extensive background of almost 20yrs in the events industry. She has created & managed hundreds of corporate events & gala dinners Australia-based & Internationally. The event hire business was started in 2016, as a way to leave the high-pressure world of international event management behind, and pursue a love of style & creation, as well as creating a more family-friendly environment to start & raise a family.

FAQ

Country Charm Event Hire provides rustic themed furniture and decor for hire for weddings and events in Melbourne, VIC. Our warehouse is located in Boronia, 3155.  

For a DIY booking, the hire period is generally 4 days, giving you plenty of time to setup, enjoy your event and bring them back. If you do need extra time on either end just ask. We are pretty flexible and understand everyone’s circumstances are different. 

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to lock in your items and (if applicable) our delivery & setup service. Your booking and hire items will not be confirmed until a deposit has been received and receipted by our team. 

  1. Our website lists all our items and prices. The best way to start is to create a Wishlist of the items you're interested in. 
  2. Submit it online with your event details including date and delivery address (if delivery is req.) 
  3. I will then check availability and forward you a quote for the items plus any delivery and setup fees required. 
  4. Once you have approved the quote, a 50% deposit is required to secure the items (paid by bank transfer or online credit card)
  5. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date

We certainly can! Delivery, setup and collection is available for hire orders over $500. Delivery fee's are calculated per event and are additional to your hire costs. Alternatively you can DIY collect and return to our warehouse in Boronia.
