We absolutely love branching out and creating custom pieces!

We can work alongside you to create anything you desire to make your special day perfect.

Please note: Custom pieces depending on the works required are not available for hire.

Please email Jess at info@nicholasandco.com.au to discuss your unique design.

We recommend placing your order as soon as you are ready! We don't need all the fine details upfront, however placing your order allows us to allocate the time prior to your special day.

The finer details such as guest names are required 2 weeks before your event!

In some circumstances, we are able to process last minute orders - please get in touch with us if you are needing anything last minute and we will do our best to accomodate this!

We love to keep this process as simple as possible!

  • The first step is to reach out to us and discuss the pieces you are needing along with sending through any inspiration pictures you may have - alternatively, you can place an order for one of our existing pieces directly through our website.
  • We will then respond to you within 24 hours to discuss pricing, lock in your dates and create an order - if you place an order directly through our website, we will email you to discuss the details for your pieces.
  • We will then send you a draft design within 3 business days of confirming the event details for you to review and make any changes. We do require the draft designs to be approved by you at least 2 weeks prior to your event (If we are posting your sign please note this time is 3 weeks)
  • Once you have approved your draft design, you can sit back & relax while we create your beautiful pieces. Once they have been created, we will send you through images of your completed pieces and arrange pick up / delivery options. (If your pieces are to be posted, we will advise you of your tracking details.)

Our shipping costs are flat rate and summarised below:

  • Express (just one sign): $15.00
  • Express (more than 1 A1 sign): $25.00
  • Standard (just one sign): $12.00
  • Standard (more than one sign): $18

  • We offer super flexibile pick up options, enabling you to pick up your pieces at a time that suits you best

  • We offer local delivery from South Brisbane - South Gold Coast

This business is the biggest scam, all lead times are false advertising. I placed an order at the end of September, paid premium prices and even had to design and provide her my own artwork because her drafting was so terrible (she even changed my logo?) I had to continually follow up on the progress of my order with my messages often not answered and her emails bouncing back. I asked for a refund 3 times and was ignored. She promised she would deliver my order herself but then didn’t? Told me she sent it express post but I STILL haven’t received my order. I don’t even know if I’m going to get my order! Her communication is atrocious and when I provided her feedback about my disappointment with how she had handled my order she told me I needed to be compassionate? Even though I was patient for the first 3 weeks with her. Absolutely horrific, do not order with her!

Regarding the design process, we followed the usual collaborative approach where initial drafts often lead to constructive feedback. You noted a preference for minor adjustments to the alignment, and we encouraged you to provide specific input to ensure the final result matched your vision however you sent through your own artwork. Photos of your completed sign were sent for approval, to which you responded positively, with “😍😍,” indicating satisfaction with the outcome. Your items are now confirmed as on board for delivery with express post, as with all our signage orders. We did attempt to share tracking information; however, after communication was blocked from your end, we were unable to provide these final details.
