We love the idea of serving a signature cocktail to our guests as they arrive at our reception. Have you got some interesting ideas as well as the crowd favourites?

Miami iced tea, mojito and espresso martinis seem to be the go these days
We are making the assumption of an afternoon ceremony, with cocktail hour being just before sunset.
We recommend serving spritz style cocktails, lighter fruity cocktails such as a Pimms Cup or Mojito, or we often suggest cocktails from our signature menu with ingredients such as Passionfruit, Mint, Cucumber & Elderflower.
Our signiature cocktails are for sure the Tequila Negroni which is great and intense variation to the classic Negroni or Campari Spritz, bubbly, cold, sweet, fresh, there is everything you need in it!
Yes of course! We love using dehydrated fruits and flowers from our family's property like dehydrated mango and limes to create signature cocktails. Our chef has over 60 macadamia trees and loves smashing macadamias up with rum and pineapple juice to create beautiful macadamia mai-tais. Another favourite cocktail is Fermentier's Kombucha, honey jun with gin and a squeeze of fresh lime. We also highly recommend Cranberry Lime Spritzers which can be pre-made in jugs. What is your favourite beverage? We have seen some cool ideas come to life, for example, all the friends of the Bride receiving her favourite cocktail and all the friends of the groom receiving his favourite cocktail.
