  • Beverages packages. Pair your grand feast with a delicious beverage! Edge Hospitality can help you select the best beverage options, including wines, beers, or even a signature cocktail. Ask about their “Bedford Booze Bus”.

What does a catering package from Edge Hospitality look like?

  • Sit Down Dinner. Starting from $69pp, picture 2- or 3-courses with alternate drop entrees, main, and dessert. Price includes delicious housemade sourdough and side dishes, as well as wedding cake cut and served.
  • Cocktail Wedding. Starting from $45pp (8 pieces pp), choose from hot or cold canapes with meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. COVID-19 safety measures are applied.

Paul has been a chef for over 25 years, and cares deeply about the product served and the enjoyment the people have in eating it. Paul has worked in Michelin starred restaurant in Europe and hatted establishments in Melbourne. Hi Paul, Jaclyn and all the team at Edge Hospitality, Anthony and I just want to say thanks for doing the catering at our wedding in May. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable, you really made our day extra special and we will always cherish the thought and effort you all put into it. We are writing to say a tremendous thank you for arranging the catering for our wedding on January 18th 2019… The day went very smoothly and everything was organized down to the most minute detail. It was done very thoroughly and expertly. The venue looked stunning and a little tear was shed when we arrived to see the scene - candelabras, decorations, table plans etc. fitted in well. We cannot thank you enough for all your help and thoughtfulness during this stressful time and the organization on the day was superbly carried out.
