Aarron comes from a fine dining background, who after working in some of Sydney's best restaurants found himself running an American BBQ Restaurant and fell in love with the simply yet complex nature of meat and fire. We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible service provided by Phantom BBQ. From start to finish the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. Firstly, their customer service was second to none. From the initial inquiry Aaron was prompt ,friendly and accommodating. He understood our vision for our special day. He ensured that every detail was taken care of. The communication throughout the planning process was exceptional and this was before we even tasted the food. When it came to the actual event I was blown away by the quality of the food and presentation. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Overall our experience with phantom bbq was simply amazing. We cannot express how thankful we are for the service that Aaron and his team provided for our wedding day.
