Paella Casa is a family owned and operated Catering business, providing a Spanish Paella Catering service from Sydney to Singleton. Central Coast- Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

We offer a truly unique and unforgettable experience with our huge paella pans guaranteed to impress your guests with a new exciting experience.

We cater for weddings from 35 to 300 hungry guests. Paella Casa’s aim is to provide authentic Spanish food using only the best quality ingredients and equipment. Our paella pans and burners are made in Valencia, Spain, and are a unique visual treat when prepared in front of your guests. Paella Casa’s staff are friendly and passionate about our food and you can learn what it takes to make a great Paella.

Paella Casa is fully self sufficient and cooks everything on-site, indoor or outdoor in full view of your guests or elsewhere if needed. We also provide bio-degradable tableware and cutlery, set and clean up, all we require is a level surface area and some hungry guests. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the feast!
