June 2018

Food Stuff supplied the tastiest paella and grazing stations we could have hoped for. They were quick, informative and kept everybody very well fed.

November 2016

We had a giant paella, which everyone raved about. They were able to cater for all dietary requirements, were super professional and everyone was full. They also made some delicious beef sliders for those who aren't into paella. Scrumptious!

Food Stuff

Thanks so much Lucy for your kind words. We do try to look after everyone at your event and provide substantial portions so that everyone is well fed. The addition of the beef sliders was a popular choice for everyone on the day although its not the norm it was a good option. Once again we really appreciate you taking the time to give us feed back. Hope to see you again on another occasion Kind regards Mark & Louise

in your experience, are dry weddings boring?

Food Stuff

Hello

We think that the majority of people do expect to be offered a drink at a wedding

However if the bride and groom do not want alcohol at the wedding then the guests will have to respect that

Probably advisable to prepare them of this on the wedding invitation

Another option is to allow guests to BYO if this is compatable with the venue

what do wedding guests like more: buffet or seated catering with a 'you get what you get' menu?

Food Stuff

Hello

Thank you for your enquiry. We think that it really depends more on your style of wedding, how formal or casual you want it to be and your budget

A more formal wedding would tend to be a seated wedding. You would need more staff to wait on the guests

With a buffet there would be more choice for the guests and it would be more informal with guests helping themselves to the food

We offer both but our paella catering is served buffet style which does minimise wait staff and when people are moving around its more interactive

At the end of the day its really about you and what you want at your wedding

Kind regards

Louise

Can we bring in our own caterers?

My fiancé and I are wanting to bring in our own catering people in but don't know how to go about it. We are wanting a beach wedding.

Food Stuff

Hello Jess

Normally if you are holding a wedding in a public place it is always advisable to obtain permission from the local council that way you wont experience any problems on the big day.

If we are asked to cater in a public place then we always ask for council approval as it wouldnt be professional not to

Have a plan B incase its windy or raining as potentially this could spoil your day

Another option is a surf club which are usually on the beach giving you the option to have the ceremony, canapes and photos by the beach and retreat to the surf club for main and the remaining evening.  They often also have balconies to look out over the beach

Surf clubs mostly allow you to bring in your own caterers and at least the caterer would have a kitchen to cook from

If you have the surf club secured and the weather is bad you then have a plan B for the ceremony, canapes and photos

Regards

Louise
