About
The journey starts in Greece back in 90's as a family business operator. Since 1999 Stavros worked in Sydney as a Chef and chasing his passion for cooking. At the Sydney 2000 Olympic games he created meals for Princess Anne and her team while working as a head chef at a Mexican restaurant in Mosman. He has worked as a head chef for a Sydney Cruising company for many years. In 2015 he started as a contract caterer in club bistros around Sydney. Stavros holds a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

There is a $1500.00 deposit to secure your date and time (if available). Our preferred payment option is to pay directly into our bank account. We do accept credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard)
We have all our insurances & licences up to date including our Gold Licence Caterer Accreditation where we can cater in places where others don’t.
For all of our packages we offer the menu options, linen, white linen napkins, cutlery, crockery, runners, centrepieces and qualified service staff for three hour service. Complimentary wedding cake cut and serving to the tables. All our prices are GST inclusive. Extra cost is the hall hire, the chair covers, the drink package, the hall decorations, the photographer and the DJ.
Yes we do have options. We cater according to your dietary requirements but in some cases may affect the price.
We have two options in case the place doesn’t offer kitchen equipment. We can cook the food and deliver to the site in insulated boxes or we will bring our mobile commercial kitchen equipment to the site and cook and serve.
We have fixed menus. We offer Grazing Stations, Buffets, Food stations, set menus, Cocktail Menus. We are also able to create a menu to suit your budget and menu style.
Yes we are present on the day and take on the role of coordinator, deciding when to serve the food and cut the cake. We do not book any other wedding or event on your date as we love to give our Bride and Groom all the love and attention to make their day memorable.
We always use fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish to create high quality meals.
Definitely we can source organic and/or sustainably farmed ingredients but this may increase the final cost
The more waiters you hire, the better and faster service you will get. We usually recommend 1 waiter per 25 guests for buffet and 1 waiter per 20 guests for a platted service.
The final count is due 14 days before the event. This count is considered a guarantee. When your party is booked, you will be provided with a contract with the final count date.
Depending on the theme and the type of the food (Grazing, Buffet, Food stations, Set menus)
We provide vases with fresh & artificial flowers and colour match runners with centrepieces.
Yes we do offer wedding brunch recovery menu package. You can go ahead with that one only but If you purchased with any other of our wedding packages you get it wth 20% discount. This is a sample menu served as a buffet
