Tom’s passionate curiosity to learn about and provide ethically sourced grass-fed, free-range meats has led him to build an extensive knowledge base to specialise in creating succulent roasts, braises & smoked BBQ meats for any menu. Tom Sarkis is the Owner and Head Chef at Carved Catering, A catering company that strives for excellent food by sourcing fresh produce and customising menus to suit all dietary preferences and allergies. He is able to do this with his extensive knowledge from his life long career in the hospitality industry. Working many years as a butcher has also given Tom the skills to specialise in providing succulent roast and BBQ smoked meat based menus.
