All our food is locally sourced fresh seasonal produce from reputable wholesalers and we recycle and use biodegradable products.
My love of food came from the influence of my husband when we met in New York. Starting from simple dinner parties to impress the elite of New York to where we are today a team of two experienced chefs catering for weddings, corporate functions, anniversaries & birthdays to name a few. From 2 people to 500 people!
We have always had family run businesses starting in 1989 with an Italian cafe the Milano bar, a cake & cookie business for 10 years & now a catering business and full time cafe for the past 12 years.
Our teams consist of two experienced chefs one of which is my dear husband. He has 38 years’ experience starting as a French chef working all around the world on a plethora of cuisines before meeting him in New York. Our extended team of friendly catering staff work so well with us and it is always professional and smooth running.
We can assist with all aspects of your function including catering, floral arrangements, cakes & beverage packages. We also cater for all dietary requirements, can travel within 100km of Sydney and we are able to adapt to any venue.

Yes we can deliver cakes to your venue - Sydney venues with parking free of charge
Yes we can work with you to design your wedding venue to fit within budget.
We would recommend 4-5 different roaming canapes or a deluxe antipasto table.
Yes we offer free one-on-one catering tastings on Sundays. If you would like to sample cakes they are available for collection between Mon-Fri.

In short yes. If they are working during lunchtime or dinner time you should feed them. Most caterers have vendors rates for food & make sure vendors are looked after. Vendors usually fed at a wedding would be photographer, videographer, DJ, wedding planner (if they are there all night), musican / band.
if i KNOW people are on diets (weight loss), should i change my menu to suit them?

Hello, I've never had a bride & groom change their menu to suit guests on diets but if you wanted to you could do alternate serves and have one of them low GI, low fat etc. It's your special day so I'm sure guests would be fine as a one off special occasion & the dancing would burn lots of calories anyway! : )
What's some good things to serve during cocktail hour?

We would recommend 4-5 canapes. We can cater for black-tie style or a more relaxed canape hour.
