About
In 2019, a project began to give lots of tender love and care and convert a 1964 Viscount van into the beauty she is today. This saw the birth of the family owned and run business, Roaming Events. The range of bars has since extended beyond the Caravan Bar with a range of mobile / pop-up bars, bar tables, stools, lounge settings and the list goes on. Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, and known for their attention to detail, they travel throughout SE QLD and over the border to norther NSW.

Absolutely! All of our bar service packages include bartenders, glassware, ice for the service of drinks, hydration station, drinks menu signage and all equipment and essentials required. All you need to provide is your favourite chilled beverages!
Yes! We are a professional outfit with all of our bartenders holding RSA qualifications. Certificates are available if required by your venue on the day.
All drinks are to be supplied by yourself, which means you won't be hit with the markup on any alcohol served to your guests - saving you money! All of our bars operate on a BYO basis, meaning we are unable to provide a bar tab.
We can help take the stress out of what to buy by providing a guidance of purchase quantities - basically a shopping list for the day. Our drinks calculator takes into consideration the number of guests, beverage menu and number of hours of bar service. We are also able to help put together the best menu for you and your guests, making the whole process as easy as possible for you.
If your ceremony is close to the reception / bar area, our recommendation is to have the bar open once the ceremony finishes as this is when guests typically will look for a beverage to celebrate the occasion. You may also consier offering a basic drink to guests on arrival prior to the ceremony, let us know as we are also able to help with this setup and service.
