I am originally form the Uk and have been a Chef since I was 14 years old (25 years) in that time I have worked in some of the world best Restaurants over 3 continents (UK, USA, AUS) I have always had a strong relationship with food my Dad was a huge influence my interest in food, I remember sitting on the kitchen bench when I was 4 y.o and watching him cook some of his famous dishes, they say before you fall in love with cooking you must first fall in love with eating!
