There's nothing like having an oyster opened fresh right in front of your eyes. Your palate will appreciate the preciseness and skill I display when removing the oyster from its shell, which is also known as "Shucking the oyster."
Absolute Oyster Shucking is a new and exciting way to entertain guests at your next function. I will come to your venue with a complete table setup,along with the freshest of Australian oysters and delicious condiments made fresh by myself. I will then open the oysters to order for you and your guests to enjoy. Absolute Oyster Shucking is based in Perth WA, however I can certainly travel to surrounding area.
