N'Cannuolu Cannoli Cart

When Sicilian born Ignazio moves to Melbourne in 2014, he finds a new home and happiness. But four years on he’s just a little homesick and craving the food he grew up with. A life long passion for food takes on a new form and a desire to share it begins. Big cannoli grins start to appear when he teams up with his wife to start - what else - but a cannoli business in 2018!

Less than one year on and Ignazio is standing on the banks of the Yarra serving his cannoli at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, and things just keep getting better.

Named in his Sicilian dialect, N’Cannuolu is no ordinary cannoli. A great cannoli is always filled ‘al momento’, as they say! We insist on going the extra mile to make our cannoli shells from scratch because we know the difference is magical.

Our recipe is simple.

A crispy melt-in-your mouth shell that is filled with the smoothest of smooth whipped ricotta, delicate and utterly lovely. Filled before your eyes, served straight from our Cannoli Cart.
