FAQ

Will the POPScycle fit in my lift/ through my door?

Our POPScycle is 1.1m wide x 2.2m long; while our smaller POPScart is 1.1m wide x 1.5m long.

You will need to ensure there is flat surface (i.e.. wheelchair access) and an appropriately sized lift from the loading dock to the event space

Does the POPScycle need to be connected to power during my event?

Our POPScycle and POPScart freezers can typically remain unpowered for the duration of the standard 2 hour service time. During longer service times or high temperature we ideally like to power the units with a standard 10A/240v plug

Can I let the POPS defrost, and then re-freeze them later?

No, this is very important. POPS are frozen as part of the production process and need to remain frozen until consumption in order to maintain the integrity and quality of the product
