Food does not need to be complicated to be delicious. Growing up on a organic market garden gave me a love and knowledge of how quality ingredients are the foundation of a good meal. Add in a wood fire and what more would I want.....

Having previously gone to a wedding where I had to hit up McDonalds following because I was so hungry from an evening of teeny-tiny canapes, I was adamant I wanted to give our wedding guests a feast that would have them talking about it for years to come… and I truly struck gold when I found Burn City Smokers. Raph, Steve and their team are absolute legends. Their food (particularly their mouth-watering brisket!) has genuinely topped the list of what our wedding guests have been raving back to us about. Another huge bonus, they catered so well to everyone and we’ve had very appreciative friends and family who were grateful for their dietaries being catered for so effortlessly. It allowed them to feel included in the feasting, which isn’t always the case. So in all, not a single bad word, just rave review after rave review!!

Nearly 9 months on and my wedding guests are STILL raving about the food. Absolutely DELICIOUS and generously served. We had share platters served to the table which meant everyone served themselves and there was enough for seconds and thirds (which everyone indulged in). The amazing smells from the outdoor barbecue wafted through the farm, and we loved the spectacle of the smoker. I still dream of the Mac n Cheese! The guys made it SO EASY. Honestly the catering was probably the most hassle free part of the planning. Get around Raph and the guys. Highly reccomend!

Couldn't recommend BCS highly enough. The food was incredible, and generous serving size (with enough to take home after). In the lead up they were really easy to deal with and very helpful. On the day they were very professional and went about their business with no fuss. We had rave reviews about the food.
