I am Nikki, my background is Event Management, Manufacturing Jeweller, Retail Management & Hospitality. When my husband & I ran a local restaurant I soon re found my love for baking, cooking & all things food. We have since closed the restaurant & I have now started offsite catering, grazing boxes, baking sweet treats, cakes & personalised cookies.
