I am a classically trained chef that has worked under some of the most incredible industry leaders locally and internationally. I am well versed in most cuisine and I have run several top-tiered catering companies in Australia and the UK for over 20 years! I started Hypercater a year ago due to high demand when I was operating as a private chef. Hypercater has been my dream for many years and I am so proud of how far we have come.
