Award-winning Chef Frank Pantano, the culinary maestro behind Frankie's Catering, brings over 30 years of expertise to Frankie's Catering. What is required to book catering?

To book, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit.
Full payment is required 2 weeks prior.

What if our guests have dietary needs?

We can cater for dairy-free, vegan and vegitarian, gluten-free, allergies, and other dietary needs. Please provide the name of the guest and their dietary needs at the time the menu is set.

Is shared/feasting style catering dead?

I've been seeing more and more single-serve food ideas for weddings — does this mean shared/feasting style is on the way out? Or was that just a response during covid? Does single-serve catering cost more? Thanks.

How do caterers handle multiple allergies?

My cousin has a whole host of allergies. How do caterers handle this? Should I ask her if she feels more comfortable bringing her own food?

Qualified chefs have no trouble handling allergies. Please give your chef as much notice as possible and details regarding the allergies. Also, please provide your caterer with the name of the guest and where they will be sitting. This will allow you to cater for their allergies.
