Steve trained in London working in 5 star hotels and restaurants, he has worked in high end establishments around the world including Bermuda and Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands. Steve also owned a restaurant in the Hunter Valley before moving to Perth with his wife, Jane and his 2 boys, to establish Samphire Catering. When Steve isn't cooking, he loves to spend time with his family and watching his boys play sports.
