OVERVIEW
Our Good Food Trailer is a clean, white gypsy caravan with a licenced commercial kitchen interior. From here, we can cater for up to 300 people with a street food-style menu, serve drinks and canapes, really anything you've got in mind.
We also offer a more traditional wedding service, with or without the trailer in attendance, and can organise your entire table settings, including favours, flowers, place cards, linen, table numbers etc. Save yourself money, time and energy by having us set up your tables with our own equipment in a colour and style of your choosing.
We cater for all dietary requirements, and can create menus to suit. We specialise in abundant tasting tables and sweets tables, and can create everything from delicate canapes to ten course degustations to late-night snacks for your revellers.
We support local businesses and utilise ethical suppliers when purchasing our stock. We use recyclable/biodegradable food and drink packaging and have a commitment to minimising waste. We believe in using quality ingredients, and by using local suppliers who share our passion for environmental and social issues, we are spreading the love.
We are also a social enterprise; a charity that's staffed by people with disadvantages - some have disabilities, mental health issues, and many have arrived in Australia as refugees. As a non-profit, our income is used to facilitate other valuable projects within our social enterprise, enabling more opportunities to support people through our work. Booking your wedding catering with us makes a difference to many people's lives and livelihoods.
Your special day will be overseen by a professional hospitality manager with decades of experience; we want you to have a decadent and wonderful day without worrying about a thing.
About
I have worked and studied in hospitality for twenty years in Australia, South Africa, India, the UK and Greece. My passions for travel, food and social issues have culminated in the management of the Good Food Project, a social enterprise and charity that supports people with barriers to work; people who have come from all over the world. I have an eye for detail and I'm never afraid of a challenge. I work with an amazing team of talented people and we'd love to help to create your magical day.

Absolutely. If you have specific dietary requirements, we will always do our best to accommodate. Many of our dishes are naturally vegetarian or vegan, and we have a wealth of experience in designing menus to suit a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements.
