About
I am a long-standing resident in a small community, and honesty is very important to me. When I say we source our food from our own gardens and the farms which ring our district, I really mean that; it is fundamental to our operating policy. We use organic vegetables, buy whole animals from farms that pasture their livestock and nurture them before that one bad day, and we respect the death of the animal by cooking all of its bits. Sustainability is key.

Standup dinners are a great alternative to a formal sit down and have a number of advantages. You don't need as big a space for all the guests, and really good savings can be made if you don't have a lot of crockery, cutlery, linen, chairs and tables and so on. it can be a really dynamic party style vibe. just make sure the mains finsih with a little bowl or plate and fork, as some people don't feel they have properly eaten until they feel a fork in their fingers.
