Dine is established by chef Glen Carr who has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry.
Dine Catering (est.2007) is a boutique caterer with an eye for detail using only the freshest quality produce. I believe in providing a unique experience every time on any special event you should hold. I am also able to help with any staffing requirements and hiring of equipment you may require.
My hospitality experience has been focused on fine-dining restaurants throughout UK, New Zealand and Australia. I was Head Chef at the highly-acclaimed Auge Restaurant in Adelaide, leading the team to consecutive Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for Excellence as Best Restaurant in 2006 and 2007. More recently, I have helped secure another success in the Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for Excellence – this time for The Lane Vineyards as Best New Restaurant in 2008.
Now focusing on Dine Catering I look forward to providing a high class level of food and service, and I pride myself on making your experience exceed your expectations.

We did a tasting meal with Dine which was an amazing feast shared with our parents and siblings, highly recommend. Delicious food and excellent portion sizes.
To date people are still raving about our wedding food, Glen was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the quality of his food and service staff was undeniable!
