Would you recommend using Ubers for your wedding Transport?

I wouldn't recommend Ubers or cabs, punctuality, size, cleanliness and photos being a few of the reasons.

Its a special day - you need an on time serice. 

This is fine for your guests, but absolutely not for your core bridal party, and the newly weds!

I recommend classic cars that look great in your photos and come with the expert service only a chauffeur can offer

And they will be worth every cent at the end of the day, but also are generally very reasonably priced when you take into account all the overheads they face

it works out less expensive to get a 10 seater limousine. ubers can only carry 3 passengers. so 10 passenger limo is less expensive and looks better than 4 ubers.

In general, we would not recommend using Ubers.

We would highly recommend using a company that is part of the Wedding Car Association, guaranteeing you a high level of service for your wedding day, and ensuring that when you book a car, it is the exact car that you will get on the day of your wedding, with a professional chauffeur who will be there to attend to any of your needs on the day, and is on time!  The driver will have already planned his trip, ensuring that you don't occur any delays due to traffic, road works or local events on the day.  And the car will be immaculate as it will be coming directly to you from the company you have booked it with.

What we have found with Uber is that they can be unreliable, when it comes to time, you are unsure as to what car you are going to get on the day, will the car be clean and sanitised after his last booking to ensure it is safe for you to travel, the driver is just that, only a driver!  The driver will not be there to help you out of the car, have a wheel cover to save your wedding dress from getting tyre black on it, roll out the red carpet for you, have some cold water or champagne for you on arrival, often they will not even get out of the car!

While Uber is a great transport option for your guests, we wouldn't recommend using them as your primary bridal transport on your Wedding Day. Not really. It's probably okay to transport guests from the Ceremony to Reception, but not really for the Bridal party. Getting married is a one time affair and you want it to be extra special. Use a professional car hire company like Klassic Kombiz, to ensure everything is perfect for your big day!

It's your special wedding day. You make the rules, others follow them.... including your new husband!

Whoever you use, make sure you book well in advance to ensure you have cars locked in to transport people at the right time.
