I'm trying to figure out how many cars to get and who goes in what car to the ceremony and then to the reception? Does the couple go separately to the ceremony and then join the bridal party in the car to the reception? It's so confusing!

It is completely up to you how you want to arrange the passengers in the cars - it is your wedding after all! But typically, you would have the main bridal party in one car, and others in however many additional cars you would wish to book.
It's completely up to you and what you prefer. With our buses, we cater to larger groups with our smallest bus being a 33 seater. So it makes it a little easier as everyone can fit in one bus easily. Depending on the size of your bridal party.
You can have anyone in the car. Normally it is someone that is close to you and can offer support for you.
I suggest this is a completely individual consideration. Every wedding, service, reception and honeymoon will be different. You also do not need to be restricted to one supplier, think outside the box and get what you want.

Usually the bride, her bridesmaids and possibly her parents travel in one car, the groom and his groomsmen travel in a second vehicle arriving well before the brides car. However depending on the distances (therefore time) we can deliver the groom and his groomsmen to the location and then pick up the bride and her party and take them to the location.

You, the client decide that. Its is your day, your choice.
When liasing with either the Bride to be or the Groom, we are advised by them who they would like to have in what vehicle.
We are always happy to accomodate individual needs and requests to the best of our ability.
We are always willing to listen, give advice when requested and confirm all details so no confusion to anyone.
Plans can change at any time and we request you advise us of these changes as soon as convenient and changes then made in accordance with your wishes.

Tropical Luxury Cars Yeppoon has 2 quite different cars in our fleet...a Pink Ford LTD Stretch Limousine (fully-licenced for alcohol) and a Mercedes-Benz Viano Van. Both cars hold 6 guests in the back with another seat available in the front if required. Normally the Bride, her Bridesmaids, Flower-Girl and/or Parents arrive at the ceremony in the 'PINK LADY' Limousine, with the Groom & his Groomsmen arriving in the Van. There is something aesthetically striking about the gentlemen in their suits and finery emerging from the sleek Black Van, and the image of the Bride arriving in her sparkling Pink Limousine with her Father opening the door to help her out, makes for great looking photos
Depending on the type of vehicle you are looking for will depend on who travels in which car to the ceremony, photo locations and then to your reception. If you decide on smaller cars you would find that you may need 2, 3 or 4 cars depending on the size of your bridaly party, whereas if you decide on a stretch limousine you could fit the whole bridal party into one vehicle. On the way to the ceremony generally you and your partner would travel from two seperarte locations, and would arrive at different times. The bride generally would travel with her father, mother, maid of honour, bridesmaids - or all of the above if choosing a limo. If you have children as part of your wedding party you may find that they wither travel with you, or with their parents depending on what is easiest for you and the parents involved. Once you finish the ceremony and are travelling to some photo locations and then finally to the reception, the couple would travel together and if you have chosen a stretch limo you would also travel with your bridal/grooms party all in the one vehicle. If you decided for smaller cars you would then just split the bridal/grooms party into the other vehicles as needed.
