We understand wedding transport. Assisting with over 600 weddings each year gives us a special insight to the various styles of wedding, cultural differences that may need to be incorporated into your day, and experience with all the major wedding venues and photo locations regularly used in Perth. We assist with:

  • large multi-limousine weddings
  • intimate family celebrations requiring a stand out bridal car
  • cultural weddings – our drivers will respect the needs of your family and friends

A booking fee (deposit) of $200 per vehicle is required to secure a booking

For wedding hire the deposit per car applies to the main wedding service vehicles only – not short-hire secondary vehicles. 

A booking is not formally secured until the booking fee has been received. The booking fee is non-refundable and is deducted from the total cost.

Photography featuring the cars is permitted and the drivers will assist to position the vehicles as requested by the photographer. The drivers have the final decision on how the vehicles can or will be placed at a location.

I booked allure limousines for my wedding transport. The limo looked amazing and was clean inside and out. They had it stocked with water and champagne with red carpet service. Their driver, Belinda was amazing! She went above and beyond ensuring we were all on time and even buying my wedding party drinks whilst we were getting our photos done. We chose the Jaguar MK5 limousine for our wedding and are so glad that we did! Who goes in what car?

I'm trying to figure out how many cars to get and who goes in what car to the ceremony and then to the reception? Does the couple go separately to the ceremony and then join the bridal party in the car to the reception? It's so confusing!

Hi there,

It really depends on numbers, venue locations and timing. There are lots of variables to be taken into account. 

As you know in this situation, the groom and groomsmen have to be at the ceremony location first, so I would suggest we look at using one car for the afternoon.

It would work out cheaper this way. ??

 

What I would suggest is as follows –

 

2pm – pick up groom/groomsmen 

2.15pm – drop groom/groomsmen at the ceremony

2.30pm – pick up Bride/bridesmaids 

2.45pm – drop Bride at the ceremony (and car to wait)

4-6pm – Bridal party photos (various locations)

6.30pm – Drop entire Bridal party to the reception

(all times are a suggestion only and subject to change)

Do people usually have photo's with their wedding car?

Certainly. If you have opted to hire chauffeur driven wedding transport then expect your photographer will tke pictures of your arrival featuring the wedding car. If you have hired a vintage limousine then your photographer should make a feature of this after the ceremony to include in your wedding albumn. Be aware that there are some lazy photographers that will cut corners to do less on the day so it is advisable to brief your photographer on what you want. Don't expect that they will capture your day as you expect unless you give some formal direction prior to the day. Most pro photographers will include all aspectes of your day, but not all.

Expect a feature of your wedding cars unless you wish otherwise.

Alternative wedding transport.

Over ten years servicing weddings with classic wedding cars and limousines in Perth we have experienced several different modes or wedding transport. Some have provided an alternative to using cars while most have provided something different on the day but the wedding still needed to use conventional transport to make the day work.

Horse and carriage

Most couples opting for the full princess look by hiring a horse drawn carriage soon find out that the range of service is usually within 500m of the ceremony location. To get to the pick-up point for the carriage and between the ceremony and reception still requires traditional limousines or wedding cars. In most cases the couple opt for vintage wedding cars which fits the theme they are trying to achieve.

Boat

Several venues in Perth can be accessed by boat and this leads to arrival by boat entering the equation. In most cases this also requires the use of a limousine to get the wedding party to the jetty that the boat departs from.

Helicopter

Most often used by the groom's party to get to the wedding venue in Perth. Several venues have large grounds that are needed for helicopter landing and I know there are many approvals needed before this option can be used. 

Motorised trams

Perth has a business operating motorised trams which can carry up to 50 guests in a tandem tram. It is a very social experience but the trams are open air (not air-conditioned) so consideration needs to be given to the time of year they may be used.

Golf buggies

Several or the reception centres in Perth are based at golf courses and of course the buggy becomes part of the day especially when touring the grounds for feature wedding photography.
