I took over RoyalMe Limousines in 2021 and in that time I have recruited an awesome team of drivers and office staff that all go above and beyond with what they do for our partners and clientelle. I hope to be in a position to expand our fleet in the future. I also drive and love meeting our Wonderful Customers. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Exclusive Offer
up to 3 hour Transport package

Our 3 hour package includes: 

  • up to 3 hours - Chrysler Limousine or Dodge Nitro & Driver
  • Potentially we can transport both sides of the bridal party to your Ceremony venue
  • The car stays on site
  • at conclusion of Ceremony - you can have photos on site or you can go off site and go to photo locations.
  • Car will then return you back for your Reception.
  • Drinks Package (Standard drinks Package)
  • Getaway Car for Bride and Groom after Reception (Chrysler Sedan or Maserati).

This package price is for Weddings within the Pokolbin/Cessnock area.

If you dont want the standard drinks you can have our option number 2 for an additional $100.

FAQ

We certainly do.

We ensure that Children and infants are in their correct Car seat or Booster Seat when travelling in our Vehicles.

If you have children 7 years of age and under please mention this when enquiring and Kylie or one of the other team will be happy to discuss this with you.

We service Pokolbin, Newcastle, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley and Upper Hunter and surrounding suburbs.

Your booking commences from the scheduled time we have booked to pickup.

We always arrive 5 - 15 mins prior to departure time (this time is not taken off your scheduled booking time),

Deposits are non refundable.

When we accept your booking it does make that vehicle and time unavailable for other bookings.

However, we do understand that plans may change beyond your control.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week prior to your booking your payment and deposit can be transferred to a New date.

Cancellation policy is in our Terms and Conditions

Our minimum hire is up to 1 hour if you book for 1 hour we can do as many trips as you would like in that allocated time. 

However, you will need to communicate this on enquiring.   

All bookings will recieve complimentary a bottle of wine or champagne and bottled water.

Our 3, 4 and 5 hour packages include drinks which can be removed and deducted from the cost if you dont want them.  We offer  a choice of drink package from 2.

11 passenger seat mini bus  (Wedding Guest Transport - Not available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays)

21 passenger seat mini bus  (Wedding Guest Transport)

48 passenger seat Coach  (Wedding Guest Transport)

Both the Chrysler and Dodge Nitro seats up to 10 in the back.

an 11th person can ride up the front with the driver if needed.

We are available to do jobs 24 hours.

But our office hours for Quotes and bookings is as follows:

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm

Friday  9am - 3pm

Weekends and Public Holidays our office is closed.

Upon booking you will recieve the After Hours contact details.

The week of your Wedding you will recieve an email that will have your Drivers name and contact phone number so you can call them direct on the day of your Wedding if needed.

Our Wedding Packages for 3 hrs, 4hrs and 5hrs

includes:

  • Drinks and
  • a sedan for the Getaway car for after Reception for Bride & Groom back to their accommodation.

If you dont want these we can remove them and it will reduce the cost for you.

We are also working out a Ultimate Wedding Package that will include bus shuttle for Guest Transport too.

As soon as you can.  We dont hold dates so we can not guarantee if the date and time you would like will be available or not months later.

Bank Transfer

MasterCard, Visa Card and AMEX.

If you would like to proceed with  a booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your booking  then your balance is due 7 days prior to your transport date.

Payments can be made by Bank Transfer.  Or We can accept MasterCard, Visa or AMEX Card.

Card Payments incur a 2% Card Processing Fee for Visa and Mastercard & 2.5% for AMEX.

You are more than welcome to BYO drinks of your own.

The only request is that we do not allow Red Wine to be consumed in our Limousines.

We only have 2 booster seats that we can use for children 4 - 7 years of age.

Harnessed Car seats for Infants under the age of 4 we dont have but we can use yours on the day.

If children under the age of 7 are travelling in the vehicle you do need to let us know upon inquiring so we can quote correctly.

Our Chrysler limousine is the only limousine that can cater for infants in harnessed car seats as our Dodge Nitro does not have anchor points.

All forms of smoking and illegal drug use is NOT PERMITTED in any of our Vehicles.

If  any passenger does this the hire will be terminated and no refund.

Who drives the wedding cars

Is it the bride and groom?

Royalme Limousines

We have a team of drivers that drive our vehicles.  All our drivers have gone through the appropiate employment checks and all are experienced drivers.

How would wedding party return home after reception?

If the wedding party's ride around the whole day were cars supplied by bride and groom, how do they return home afterwards? As the bride and groom leave, their rides are gone.

When you book your initial Wedding tranport in either our Chrysler Limousine or Dodge Nitro we offer a discounted limousine / Sedan for Transport back to accommodation after your Reception.

Do you charge more for a New Year's Eve wedding?

Would we be looking at surcharges or different pricing for wedding cars if our wedding was on nye?
