We are a Family owned business that want nothing more than to see a happy couple in love and share in the magic of their Special Day. Our Brides are all made to feel like Princesses when they travel in one of classic or vintage cars, with a Chauffeur that will help calm your nerves, hold your bouquet and help the photographer if required. Exclusive Offer
Dressed Transfer

“Dressed Transfer” which involves transfers from a Hotel, private residence or other address to the wedding Ceremony venue in the car/s of your choice. The car/s would then depart as the Groom is delivered to the Ceremony venue or, when Bride walks down the “aisle”. It can also include a transfer for both the Groom and his party first, then return for the Bride and her party if the distances are not too great.

Dressed Transfer + Brief Photos

“Transfer Plus Photos” which is the same as above, but the car/s stay for photos with the Bride and Groom and their party after the Ceremony. The car/s would then depart one hour after the scheduled starting time for the Ceremony. This is a very popular option where the wedding ceremony and reception are at the same venue and allows for those memorable photos with your special car. Your photographer would need to be aware that he must arrange to take the photos with the car/s before group and family photos, to ensure the booking time does not run overtime, which of course would involve extra costs.

Hourly Packages

This is a three-part service for you on your wedding day. It includes the “Dressed Transfer/s” as above for either the Bride and her Party and/or the Groom and his party as well using one or two (or more if needed) cars of your choice. The car/s then stay for the Ceremony and are used for travel to the photo venues as requested by the photographers and yourselves on the day. After the photographs the Bride and Groom and the Bridal Party are then transferred to the Reception Venue. Very rarely is this package less than 3 hours in total and quite often more.
Gold Inclusions:
* All of the above in the Silver Package plus
* Bottle of complementary “Bubbly” per car for enjoyment at the photo shoot if it is not on licenced premises.
* Non-alcoholic “bubbly” and soft drinks can also be provided on request.
* Platters of nibbles can also be provided if required at an extra cost.

Exclusive Offer
Hourly Package + Post Reception Transfer

This is a four-part service for you on your wedding day. It has all the inclusions of the GOLD Package above, but also includes a Post Reception or Honeymoon Transfer for the Bride and Groom to a Hotel or address of your choice after their Reception ends. Refreshments can also be included for the transfer if required. A late travel charge may apply for this package if the transfer is booked for a pick up after 11.00pm, but this is not a common occurrence for a wedding as most Receptions are completed by 11.00pm. Honeymoon transfer is done in a Luxury BMW sedan.
Diamond Inclusions:

* All of the above in the Silver & Gold Package plus

* Complementary Chocolates – Honeymoon transfer

This includes a transfer for the Bride and Groom to a Hotel or other address after your Reception in your choice of car.

*Check that the comapny is accredited with QLD Transport, this ensures that the company has full comprehensive & third party  insurance.

*Ask to inspect the vehicles, after all it is your Special day and you want it to be just right.

*Choose a company that will guide you through the process with ease and answer any questions you may have. We can also offer hints & tips to better utilise the cars on your day.

This will depend how well organised you are and on the type of vehicle you would like to book. At Tic tac Tours Our Wedding Cars & Premier Limos our Vintage & Classic Cars book out often 12 months in advance, as they are rare one of a kind vehicles. If you are after something more modern like a Stretch Limousine we would suggest no less than three months.

We do offer last minute booking specials for vehicles that haven't taken a booking, but there are no guarantees it will be the one you want. The earlier the better to ensure availability, especially if your wedding is during peak wedding season, April,  May, September, October.

It depends on how far the wedding party is from the venue, and the budget for the wedding.

If everyone is only a short distance away, one car could take the bridal party, then return for the bride. 

It is wise to note though, that after the ceremony it is traditional for the bride and groom to travel together to their photo location, so the bridal party, parents and groomsmen should have a separate vehicle booked for them. Most couples opt for a second, and even a third car, to accommodate for the bridal party after the ceremony, even if the venue is close by.

The car is decorated as part of the fee with Ribbon, tulle and Red carpet for the Bride to step on to, on arrival at the Ceremony venue.. We also provide umbrellas and a wheel cover if required, all vehicles have a sewing kit, tissues, mints and water. All vehicles carry an esky for extra Refreshments . Our chauffeurs are uniformed and professional looking. We go the extra mile to interact with the guests and help with the wedding photography.

We find that often the last 30 minutes at the bride’s house before the ceremony can go very quickly. Please remember to leave time for last minute preparations, locking the house up, bathroom breaks etc. Often it can be easy to underestimate how much time it will take to go between locations — please remember it takes extra time to help everyone in and out of the car in their dresses. What you can do on a normal day, you can’t quite achieve as quickly on a wedding day.

Our Vintage & Classic cars are to be enjoyed while travelling in, so we don't  rush through the traffic, it will be a leisurley drive to ensure you arrive relaxed and as calm as possible.

After viewing our website, www.tictactours.com.au please contact us via the Wedding Car Enquiry Form for an obligation-free quote.  or call us on 1300 842 822. We will reply to you as soon as possible to advise which cars are available and the pricing for each vehicle. You are welcome to come and view the cars before sending us a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The final balance is due four weeks before the wedding. Cathy in the office will give the bride or groom a call a few days before the wedding to re-confirm all the details.

This can be complicated as some companies will quote you a low price, without the cost of the additional features. Costs such as mileage, photography waiting time and ribbons with bows are added on later, significantly changing the price.

Here at Tic tac Tours & Premier Limousines we give you a price that includes everything, based on your times you have asked for, with nothing else to consider at a later date. Hire times start on arrival at the fist pickup point and finish with the final drop off at the Reception.

We believe these considerations should be included in your quote. It is part of our ethos to be fair and helpful while delivering the highest standards in the wedding car business.

How would wedding party return home after reception?

If the wedding party's ride around the whole day were cars supplied by bride and groom, how do they return home afterwards? As the bride and groom leave, their rides are gone.

Usually the Bridal Party would make there way home with Family or friends, but depending on locations & if a lot of guests & party have travelled, it is best to prebook a service for them. We offer  guest & family transfers to & from weddings & also  coaches if you have large guest numbers. We also offer private transfer service for the Bride & Groom.

Do you charge more for a New Year's Eve wedding?

Would we be looking at surcharges or different pricing for wedding cars if our wedding was on nye?

For afternoon weddings, the pricing is the same as any other day. However if you require a Getaway car to your overnight accommodation after 10.30pm then we have a 25% surharge on that transfer

Can we request a specific route for our wedding car to take?

We would have no probelms at all with this. Our rates are hourly so you are able to utilise that time however you would like. You would just need to ensure this is discussed prior to ensure that your hire time will be enough & that our cars can acuatally access this route. Meaning some of our larger stretch limousine have limitations on them in certain areas & roads.
