I have always had a passion for baking, it started when I was a child and I would help my mother in the kitchen, learning all of her secrets and techniques. I remember being amazed at how she could take a few simple ingredients and turn them into something delicious. As I grew older, I started baking on my own, experimenting with different recipes and flavours, it wasn’t long before I realised that I had a gift for baking, I was able to create cakes that were both beautiful and delicious.
