Hi I'm Erin, a cake baker and decorator based in Hobart, Tasmania. Every cake I make is custom designed especially for you. 

I have fan favourite classic flavours like chocolate and caramel, vanilla and lemon curd, and chocolate and raspberry. Or let's talk about cake flavours with a twist - like sticky date, caramel coffee whikey, gin & tonic, or pasionfruit and chocolate. 

Whether it's a towering three tier beauty, a small elopement cake, or cupcakes for a crowd, I look forward to chatting about cake.
