Jean Palmer is a cake decorator based in Sydney known for the quality and delicacy of her work, winning first prizes in the Sydney Royal Easter Show in the icing flower, wedding, christening and special occasion cake sections. With over 30 years experience, Jean operates from home. All of her work is created with individual attention. Special care is taken with the quality of ingredients, as well as the decorations, so you and your guests will enjoy the whole cake experience!

Yes, they can have fake tiers, depending upon the number of tiers you want in your cake and the number of guests you are having. Another consideration is whether you will be serving the wedding cake as part of dessert or finger size with coffee.
Are there gluten free options for cake?
After advice on gluten free options. Worried having a gluten free cake will result in no one eating the cake.

No, that should not be a problem, I have a recipe for gluten free chocolate cake which is made without flourand both Ceoliac and non coeliac people enjoy it greatly, I am Coeliac myself.
I also do other flavours than chocolate and my experience is that the guests don't notice the difference.

How far in advance should I book my wedding cake?
Hi there I am getting married in June 2018, and I think we are going to opt for a cheese tower cake. How far in advance should I be booking the cake? Thanks :)

You should make a booking with your decorator as soon as you know the date and have your venue booked. You won't need to decide on the cake you want straight away, but most decorators work from home and can only do one or two cakes a week, so they book up fast.
