Launched in 2018, Bisou Cakes has been creating intricate yet modern and contemporary wedding cakes handcrafted to please the eye and satisfy the palate.
Each uniquely designed cake will be a luxurious and attractive addition that captivates, making it a striking centrepiece on your wedding day.

Q. How would you describe your wedding cakes to someone who’s never tasted them?
A. All of the my wedding cake are freshly made to order. I believe that your your cake should not just look beautiful but taste delicious too therefore I only use finest ingredients. All my preserves and curds are home made, I use local free range eggs, real butter, real vanilla and Belgium chocolate couvertures.
Q. Can you tell us about your flavour offerings?
A. The flavours of my cakes are thoughtfully created and paired in such a way to make sure they are moist and full of flavours.
Here are the options - most of the time you can choose two flavours for your wedding cake.?
White chocolate and Raspberry
Chocolate and Salted Caramel
Caramel Mudcake
Lemon and Bluberry
Pistachio and Strawberry
Q. What’s your most popular cake flavour combination?
A. All flavours are so well loved but my personal favourite are white chocolate raspberry and caramel mudcake.
I offer cake tasting box that can be posted to you via overnight express post. Let me know if you want one!

A. As a perfectionist with a devotion to art, I honestly feel that each wedding cake needs to be a striking centrepiece on your wedding day.
Q. Do you deliver cakes??
Absolutely! Your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life, therefor it needs to be stress free. I personally deliver and set up your wedding cake to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition and is looking glorious for your arrival at your wedding reception.

I am a sugar flowers enthusiast. I love spending hours handcrafting sugar petals, shaping, and dusting them with colours, and finally harnessing them into beautiful and unique blooms. It is my dream to continue creating wedding cakes that convey the couple's love story, captivate their guests, taste truly amazing and provide a perfect centrepiece on their special day.

Yes I do! Just ask let us know where you need the cake and we will organise it
Yes I do! We have a normal policy that it needs to be returned to me within a week.

What would be the main difference between an engagement party cake and the wedding cake? Are there any traditions around this I should know about, like they should both look similar (in a theme) or the engagement cake should be smaller than the wedding cake? Thank you!

Engagement cake is typically smaller than the wedding cake as the guests generally are intimate friends and family. The design does not need to be the same as the wedding cake although it could be similar as a sneak peak of what your wedding would look like.
