OVERVIEW

All our food is locally sourced fresh seasonal produce from reputable wholesalers and we recycle and use biodegradable products.

My love of food came from the influence of my husband when we met in New York. Starting from simple dinner parties to impress the elite of New York to where we are today a team of two experienced chefs catering for weddings, corporate functions, anniversaries & birthdays to name a few. From 2 people to 500 people!

We have always had family run businesses starting in 1989 with an Italian cafe the Milano bar, a cake & cookie business for 10 years & now a catering business and full time cafe for the past 12 years.

Our teams consist of two experienced chefs one of which is my dear husband. He has 38 years’ experience starting as a French chef working all around the world on a plethora of cuisines before meeting him in New York. Our extended team of friendly catering staff work so well with us and it is always professional and smooth running.

We can assist with all aspects of your function including catering, floral arrangements, cakes & beverage packages. We also cater for all dietary requirements, can travel within 100km of Sydney and we are able to adapt to any venue.

FAQ

Do you deliver cakes?

Yes we can deliver cakes to your venue - Sydney venues with parking free of charge

Can we work to a specific catering budget?

Yes we can work with you to design your wedding venue to fit within budget.

What would you recommend instead of an entree?

We would recommend 4-5 different roaming canapes or a deluxe antipasto table.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes we offer free one-on-one catering tastings on Sundays. If you would like to sample cakes they are available for collection between Mon-Fri.

Thank you Bev for the lovely catering you supplied! We and our guests were so impressed with the food provided and the way it was presented. Every dish tasted delicious and Bev and her staff were so helpful and easy to deal with on the day and during the lead up. Bev is incredibly talented and easy to deal with. We had heaps of emails (i am interstate) so all communication was done via email. Sent her photos, and even weeks before the wedding I requested some changes, she was very accommodating. The cake we ordered arrived much bigger which is such a huge plus, and the minicakes were divine. They all looked gorgeous and tasted magnificent as well. Dream wedding cake? Go for Bev and her team! Can't thank her enough.

are naked cakes cheaper than other wedding cakes?

Our naked cakes are cheaper as there is slightly less work - however if you choose to decorate the naked cake with something out of season or edible gold or something then this would increase the price. Naked cakes look beautiful with seasonal fruits on top or seasonal flowers so there is always a way to make your cake in your budget.

if i have a small wedding cake, do i have to buy another bigger cake to cut up and give out?

You can choose to do whatever you like it's your big day! But if a couple wants a small wedding cake and has lots of guests then we can always make a kitchen slice the same flavour so there is enough to go round. This reduces the cost quite a bit : )

do cake stands come with the wedding cake?

And cake topper? Or are those given back at the end?

Hi Luci, Cake stands are usually supplied by the bride & groom however we are more than happy to loan our wooden boards or cake stands & you return them after. Cake toppers are usually bought by the bride & groom as often they want to keep them for nostalgia.
