OVERVIEW
Let me take you on a journey through the heart of Every Last Crumb Cakery and how my lifelong passion for food blossomed into the creation of my own cozy Cakery.
Growing up on a dairy farm in the heart of Bavaria, nestled in the Hinterland of Munich instilled in me a deep-rooted appreciation for fresh produce. I learned early on the value of hard work; from planting seeds to harvesting crops. The contrast in taste between mass-produced and homegrown ingredients is something I hold dear, and I owe a tonne of gratitude to my parents for fostering this appreciation in me.
After countless quests to find cakes and savory delights that matched my standards for taste, presentation, and quality ingredients, I identified a gap in the market longing to be filled. Inspired by my Mama’s recipes (yes, she runs her own baking business and I have had my fair share of cake re-dos to meet her impeccable standards) and fueled by my love for Australia’s outstanding produce, I took a leap of faith and launched Every Last Crumb.
What makes Every Last Crumb Cakery truly stand out, you ask? It all boils down to one word: taste.
I am deeply passionate about crafting delectable, wholesome cakes from scratch, right in my own kitchen. My mission? To use fewer sugary and processed ingredients and instead celebrate the bounty of locally sourced whole foods. I thrive on the excitement of experimenting with new ingredients, constantly evolving classic recipes to sheer perfection, ensuring that every crumb brings you pure joy.

Allow me to introduce myself: I wear many hats here, I’m the head baker, or simply, the one who delights in crafting magic from a handful of ingredients in the bustling kitchen headquarters of Every Last Crumb. I made the bold move to Sydney back in November 2010. After six years in the corporate world, I surrendered to my true calling, following in my Mama’s footsteps trading in my corporate attire for an apron. For the love of cake - Mika.

HOW TO ORDER
Orders can be made over the phone, in writing or online with at least 4 (four) weeks notice and are subject to our availability. All orders require full payment once confirmed by Every Last Crumb unless an invoice agreement has been established. Every Last Crumb accepts MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards. Wedding cake tasting are complimnentary following confirmation of your order and payment of a 50% booking deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted up to two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled delivery/pick up time only. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to cakes@everylastcrumbcakery.com. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than two (2) weeks notice to agreed pickup/delivery date due to costs incurred by the initiation of an order.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
Amendments to an order are permissionable up to four (4) days prior to the scheduled deliver/pickup time and must be submitted in writing to cakes@everylastcrumbcakery.com.
DELIVERY
Every Last Crumb offers a delivery service that will guarantee an order arrives in pristine condition. We will repair or remedy any damage, if it occurs in transit with the Every Last Crumb delivery service. Our delivery service is subject to the delivery location and the availability of our driver and requires approval from Every Last Crumb. If we are able to deliver to your location, we will arrange for the order to be delivered to the address provided. We cannot guarantee delivery by the chosen time-slot due to factors outside of control, such as traffic.
Payment for all deliveries (if applicable) must be made in full before the order leaves our kitchen. Customers must ensure a person is available to receive a delivery during the time-slot chosen. Once a product is delivered and signed by an authorised person, Every Last Crumb releases all responsibility for the condition of the product. We are unable to provide a refund for the order and Every Last Crumb will not be held responsible for the condition of an order once the cake has been received by the venue.
