OVERVIEW
The French Lettuce has been operating for over 35 years, undertaking the vast cultural movements that Melbourne has experienced throughout this time. Our interpretation is that as a result of Melbourne's cultural shift, it makes itself a unique part of the nation.
For this, we have a very simple philosophy when it comes to high quality products, where the individual has an interpretation of how a product should look, taste & make you feel. We cherish this with each event that we are honoured to be a part of. Whether it is a bespoke wedding showpiece or an evening at home, we endeavour to achieve a memorable occasion for you.

The French Lettuce
Hi there,
You can always look at having a small cake that is foam in the inside (If you're after the cake for photography) OR everyone likes donuts or a general sweet when they're drinking - why not give that a try! It becomes relatively inexpensive and people love the idea.
Kind regards,
Hudson

The French Lettuce
Hi there,
Yes we can definately do them.
Our most popular standard style cake is what we call the 'Rapture' and is 9 tiers high.
We have also done a replica Royal Wedding cake from Kate & William's wedding cake which was 10 tiers back in April. If you would like to see pictures, they are on our page and website.
Hope to hear from you!
