Welcome to Red Apron Specialty Cakes. I am a Perth based cake artist, passionate about making delectable, inspiring and beautiful cakes.  After 15 years of cooking up a storm as a chef, I found cake artistry.

My artistic flair and fun loving personality has helped me craft gorgeous cakes, I was delighted in the joy my cakes gave to my family and friends and this inspired me to bring that joy to others.

Our wedding cakes are made with the detail and care that will help make your special day everything you have dreamed. Here at Red Apron we delight in creating a masterpiece to suit you.

We specialise in sugar craft, making beautiful flowers out of sugar to finish off a uniquely designed wedding cake which will fit in immaculately with your colours, theme, and flowers.

Red Apron uses the finest ingredients to ensure your cake not only looks spectacular, but tastes divine.

lare recently made our wedding cake, from the first meeting where she sketched up a masterpiece to the very end we were kept in the loop and kept stress free! A lovely message a few days before with best wishes was very thoughtful. The attention to detail with the exterior was just incredible but it tasted even better so fresh and full of flavour. What is the average cost of a cake tasting?

I'm Just wondering what a cake tasting should include if your vendor charges for the experience?

The consult should take about 45 mins with 3 cake samples and should be complimentary.

Firstly, the brides need to know if they will be serving their cakes for coffee or dessert?

Coffee cake is served at the end of the night with tea /coffee. Coffee servings are 1 inch x 1 inch x 4 inch high.

Dessert cake is served to each guest as part of the meal. Dessert servings are 2 inch x 1 inch x 4 inch high.

Coffee cake for 100 people would usually be large 2 tier or a small 3 tiered cake. Dessert cake for 100 people would need to be a large 3 tier cake.
