Sincerely, Velvet is a specialist cake business that creates meaningful decadent desserts to celebrate those special moments in people’s lives.

I am a creative human being with unlimited and unrestricted potential. I love my creativity and want to share it freely with the world! With 8 years as an experienced pastry chef I pride myself on delivering exceptional flavour within all my products by baking from scratch.

I cater for all kinds of allegies and dietary requirements to make sure all my clients experience the same enjoyment from my cakes. I am extremely approachable and always seek to develop a comfortable environment for all clients making sure they leave with confidents and satisfaction.

Dessert tables are available
Customized Sugar cookies (great edible Bomboniere idea)
Work with Swiss meringue buttercream and Ganache to cover my wedding cakes.

Both techniques will allow a crisp white finishing look if desired.

I am extremely approachable and always seek to develop a comfortable environment for all clients making sure they leave with confidents and satisfaction. I love coffee! Brittany’s cake for our wedding was beautiful! We had so many compliments on the look and taste of our cake. We opted for the zesty coco flavour, which was a big hit! Brittany made the process seamless, as she contacted our florist on our behalf to arrange the flowers to top our cake. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Brittany made it incredibly easy! Couldn’t recommend Brittany enough!

Brittany's cake was absolutely beautiful!!!! Due to my husband having a dairy intolerance we decided to go all dairy free for both tiers. We had so many people comment on how beautiful it look but also tasted. Brittany is a newish business owner but my word she has talent! Strongly recommend supporting Brittany!

Brittany worked closely with us to recreate our three tier wedding cake from two pictures, with our own modifications. We love that she supplied us with a tasting pack of 8 cupcakes in all the yummy flavours she makes (some traditional, some creative), and we chose what we wanted. The cakes were delicious, not too heavy, not too light. The cake was bigger than we expected, and easily fed our 100 guests. We felt Brittany was very well priced compared with the $800-$900 quotes we had received. Thankyou so much for your work, Brittany! Xo

unfortunatly not. As they are very fragile products which need tender loving care at all times
