Bittersweet Cakes strives to make the process fun and easy from start to finish. We will work closely with you to ensure we create something that reflects your ideal vision on your special day! Owner and decorator Monique prides herself on a personal and professional approach to ensure all cakes are finished to perfection at affordable prices.

We have a large range of flavours available so there is sure to be something to suit everyones taste. Brides continuously tell us that guests are going back for seconds and thirds because they love the taste of our cakes! We want your guests to love the look of your cake but we want it to taste just as delicious.

We can cater to special dietary requirements on request including gluten free, lactose free and vegan.

In addition to creating beautiful wedding cakes, we also offer handmade mini tarts, cupcakes and personalised cookies which are very popular for bridal showers.

Bittersweet Cakes is based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, we operate from a registered kitchen by Whittlesea Council. 

For convenience and to ensure your cake reaches its event safely we provide delivery within Melbourne and surroundings.
