Chelsea- Head Baker & Creator of Honey-Belle Cakery. I have always appreciated the beauty of untamed nature, stunning sights, smells and good food. I am happiest when creating something by hand and even happier when it is something for someone else to enjoy. I grew up in a small rural environment in the Hunter surrounded by fresh produce, flowers and plenty of homemade baked goods...all of which heavily influenced my creative soul that ultimately shaped my brand.
