Lil Crumbs Designer Cakes is a small boutique company specialising in handcrafted modern buttercream wedding and occasion cakes. The owner and designer Brooke Annand has a passion and love for everything sweet, with a background of cheffing for over 10 years.

At Lil Crumbs Designer Cakes we believe that creating your cake for your special day requires the highest level of care, quality ingredients, attention to detail and love. Brooke likes to work closely with the clients to insure that the design of the cake suits their theme and personalities.

About

I'm a qualified chef of ten years, a mum of two and a wife. I've always loved working with food from a young age, during school I started a Diploma of Hospitality Management, and once I graduated I started my apprenticeship. Once qualified I worked for a few years whilst doing cakes on the side for friends and family, and realised I wanted to make it my full-time job. I love the way a wedding or birthday cake can express so much about a person/s personality and style.

I didn't want a wedding cake, so I didn't get one. But now my sister wants to bake one.

Give me reasons to convince her that is so unnecessary and a bad idea? I'd prefer no cake than one a non-pro has made :/ I feel like I should just have a baker make one, even if I don't need it and tell her to back off, but she won't listen.
