Trained in the famous Australian Womens Weekly Test Kitchen developing recipes for magazines and cookbooks and cooking for photography, I learnt very quickly to pay attention to the finer details and developed a real passion for great flavours.

My cake mission is to make you smile with a cake that tastes as amazing as it looks. please let me know if you have any allergies ... I am a coeliac myself and am passionate about providing a cake that YOU can eat and enjoy for yourself.
