With over 15 years experience, working in the hospitality industry as a chef, pastry chef and cake decorator. Sian has now set up her own fully registered home business. To produce top quality cakes that not only look great, but taste fantastic.
With that personal touch, Sian is here to help, from design, taking orders, baking, making decorations and puts it all together to produce Sian's Delicious Diamonds.
Deliveries are available, price depends on location.
Please take your time and look through examples of Sian's work. Keeping in mind designing cakes to each individual person and event is her goal.
About
Sian's Delicious Diamonds is run by myself, passionate about cakes, especially wedding cakes i started my business in 2013. After becoming a chef and working in function centers in Adelaide i found a passion for cakes. I went on and furthered my studies in patisserie and hospitality management and then worked hard to perfect cakes. I was lucky enough to work in one of the top cake shops in Adelaide where my skill levels improved. I am always learning new skills and love producing new designs.

No not OTT, you could have cookies as gifts and the cake and donuts as dessert as a alternate drop, meaning half your guests get donuts and half cake.
do cake stands come with the wedding cake?
And cake topper? Or are those given back at the end?

Hi Luci, cake stands are hired out with cake at a extra charge. I only have a few stands, every place would be different.
Cake toppers would be bought and kept by you.
