Definitely! The beauty of spray tanning is that is the only way to achieve that healthy looking bronzed glow without being exposed to harmful sun rays for a huge length of time. Of course, we all need Vitamin D, but too much exposure to the sun can cause a multitude of health problems. One of the biggest benefits of getting a tan is that it will reduce the appearance of redness and uneven tones on your skin, which can really give you a stunning glow on your wedding day. We recommend doing a test of course, in the months leading up to the wedding to ensure that a spray tan suits you and that you've gone with the right colour. That way, you have time to reassess and decide if a spray tan is for you. Most tanners are very well experienced in helping their clients decide on the right colour for them. Spray tans can also conceal stretch marks, varicose veins, and blemishes and skin imperfections. It's also much faster than other tanning methods, as you will be good to go in 15 or so minutes and ready to let the tan develop. The only preparation required is that you avoid shaving or waxing with 24-48 prior to the tan, and then exfoliate well the day before. Then you will be good to go! The only other tip we have is to have completely clean skin prior to the tan. One added benefit to spray tanning is that it makes a lot of people feel and look fitter. Funny what a little colour can do for your self-esteem! We have plenty of suppliers that offer spray tans all over Australia. Take a look at our Beauty Services section for more information on what they offer.
