Once you have placed your order, we begin starting all the custom personalisation you have requested. Once thats finished we assemble your entire order and send it out in one courier delivery.
Personalisation takes a little time so please allow 3-4 weeks at the very least for delivery unless we have all the stock on hand then it could be quicker. If your wedding is within 2-3 months then please check with us beforehand.
Just let us know asap if any of the products have an issue or there is something wrong with the personalisation and will get a replacement to you as fast as possible
