Great service, we had 1 limo drive both sides of the bridal party separately and then we had a chaffaur car collect us at the end of the night. It was raining on our wedding day, our limo driver had umbrellas and escorted us with the umbrellas. As most services are thoughtful enough to bubbles in the limo, the water and sugar snacks in the chaffaur car at the end of the night was probably the highlight and understated selling poing as it was thoughtful, convenient and it actually helped bring us back to reality after the reception. The whole process with Timeless Wedding Entertainment was so seamless. We had close friends use them for their wedding as well and we knew we wanted to. Any question had a prompt answer. Tim was our DJ/MC for the night and he was amazing. The flow of the night was handled and we didn’t need to worry and the dance floor was constantly going off. Mandi Jarry was our solo acoustic singer for the ceremony and canapés. She was absolutely amazing and we have had to many compliments from our guests. Couldn’t recommend them enough

We had a 5 piece band at our wedding, including solo acoustic for cocktail hour. They brought so much energy and understood the vibe of the guests, the dance floor was always packed. We received so many compliments on the night as well as in the days after. They are perfect for an all ages crowd playing old clsssics + newer songs as well. Shannon was so helpful from enquiry to the event itself, especially when I was going back and forth on DJ or band, given most the wedding we had been to had been DJ only. I’m so happy we decided on the band because they really bring an energy that can’t be matched. Organisation and everything leading up and on the day was amazing and I could not reccomend them more. Special shout out to Linden and Claire who were our vocalists for the night and were amazing!!

What an absolutely amazing experience, all the way from first contact, to the day itself, to picking up our signs the day after! The whole process was so easy - our planner Jess kept us in the loop at all points, and it was always super clear what the next step was. She encouraged us to make decisions that were true to us, but that would also improve the flow of the day. On the day/night, all the venue staff were spectacular - they hyped us up, they calmed us down, they made sure we were served first, and they were all-round an excellent addition to a brilliant day. We had a lot of guests with dietary requirements/allergies, and they were all safely catered for - nobody got accidentally contaminated, and our vegan and vegetarian guests especially raved about their meals. Well, really, everybody raved about the food - and rightly so, because it was incredible. The only downside was that the wind meant we couldn't get married on the rooftop, but the indoor alternate was stunning, and the weather is hardly their fault! Overall, we 110% reccomend Encore - they are a well-oiled machine, and that expertise is exactly what you need for the biggest day of your life.

Communication with Daniel was quick, responsive & easy to understand, it was 100% worth the time and effort to find a violinist for my ceremony. Elisha was amazing! She felt the energy of the wedding & created music to fit it. She was kind & my guests loved seeing a violinist at the ceremony. She played my aisle song perfectly & I will always recommend Mercury Entertainment & Elisa to those who ask. Thank you Elisha for making my ceremony perfect.

We cannot thank the team enough for creating such an extraordinary and seamless wedding experience for us. From our very first enquiry through to the final moments of the evening, everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Christine Hinson was an absolute delight from the outset. She was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the booking process. Her thoughtful (and pressure-free) note that another couple was considering our date helped us make our decision with confidence. She answered every question with patience and warmth, and we’re so grateful for her support in securing our date for what was quite a bespoke celebration. About six months before the wedding, Lana stepped in as our Event Sales Manager and she was truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too difficult, and she worked closely with us to bring every detail to life. Her organisation, responsiveness and calm guidance made the planning process feel effortless. On the day itself, Abby was wonderful — calm, friendly and solutions-focused (she even managed to source a replacement veil for me just in time for photos!). Later in the evening, Thomas took over and continued that same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Everything ran smoothly, and both he and the wider team ensured every guest felt genuinely looked after. The food deserves special mention. The Head Chef and kitchen team were phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and served at the perfect temperature, with dietary requirements handled thoughtfully and without fuss. Our guests are still talking about the winter pavlova! The children and late-night guests were also catered for so generously, which we truly appreciated. The wait staff were warm, attentive and polished throughout the entire evening. Even the shuttle driver went above and beyond, making additional trips to ensure guests travelling between cars and home were accommodated comfortably. The team, the food, the service and the breathtaking setting all came together to create the most magical day of our lives.

Having our wedding celebration at Marybrooke Manor in April was the best decision we could have ever made. We cannot provide anything less than a 10/10, if anything, we wish we could give an even larger score! We knew when we came for our first visit that Marybrooke Manor was the one. From the venue, the view, the surrounding nature, Deborah and Andrew. They made us feel extremely comfortable the whole planning process and we felt so at ease. When the day came along and we finally arrived after the ceremony, all we felt was joy and couldn't stop smiling throughout the whole evening. The outdoor area, reception room, accommodation, food (it was massive, everyone had their filled and loved every bite), drinks and more were perfect. We really appreciate the effort and love put into it, by Deborah, Andrew and the workers from the night. They were lovely! Our only desire is that the evening lasted forever and that we could enjoy it once again.

We had our autumn wedding at St Andrews Conservatory and it was the perfect day. From our very first chat with Kiara, we knew we were in safe hands with the team being incredibly organised, supportive and genuinely invested in making sure our day was magical. It honestly felt like we didn't even need a wedding planner because their structure and recommendations took all the stress out of the planning process. Kiara, Jade and Jasmin ensured their team took care of every detail so we could just enjoy the moment on the day. Our guests raved about the venue, the food and how fantastic the service was, all the staff were simply in tune and they all truly went above and beyond.
