The capsule was born in Sale, Victoria from a desire to create a photo capsule that was sleek, elegant and quite different from all the rest.
At Vip Photo Capsule, we steered away from the traditional wedding photo booth with its' sharp edges and dark exterior, In its place, we provide you with a "One Of A Kind" photo pod, with rounded edges, opaque plexiglass walls, and an aluminum frame. The design is simple yet sensational and leagues above the traditional boxy photo booths rental.
Our mission at Vip Photo Capsule is to help you capture the memories at your event with our photo capsules rental. When you rent a photo capsule from us, we create a unique experience that reflects your vision.
Let Vip Photo Capsule customise your experience with a variety of options for your event, including applying customised logos, text with names, dates or anything else you would like and/or photographs to your prints as well as custom backdrop colours, a variety of output photos that range from 2-6 photos per strip and black and white or color prints.
We are the only photo booth business in the area that has an interactive templates catalogue webpage on our website where our customers can choose one of our hundreds of designs, personalise text and colours they would like on their template design.
About
Ive been in the prison/security industry for 24 years and am currently still in the security industry. I wanted a challenge and decided to start Vip Photo Capsule at the beginning of 2017 as I saw there was a need for a 5 Star photo booth rental business in Gippsland and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I do what I do for the love of seeing people enjoying themselves. We enjoy engaging with your guests going through our "One Of A Kind" Photo Pod design and coming out with a smile.

The capsule allows six adults to fit comfortably – 10 when they’ve had one too many drinks!
Yes, all of our photo capsule rentals come with a full-time attendant who will take care of everything that you and your guests need to maximize the fun! Our staff is highly experienced customer service professionals, adding a touch of five-star service to your event.
Setup takes approximately 75 minutes and breakdown about 60 minutes.
Some venues take more time due to parking distance and if your event is upstairs.
We can upload photos from the event to our Facebook page or to a password protected online gallery which you will be given the access password to give to whoever you like.
Our Capsule brings photo booths into the 21st century. Only a couple of these Capsules are in Australia and are curved sleek, elegant, unique modern design, professional photography equipment, high-quality prints and different colored backgrounds and Real-time slideshow on an external monitor.
Traditional photo booths are small, boxy, and have webcams or point and shoot cameras that produce low-quality prints.
We offer premium templates, fancy text, great images and layout designs…not the basic template design with plain text with a simple image.
We only use premium quality props when we can at the time of the event.
On our website, we have an interactive catalog of our templates that you can browse through, choose and submit your change requests where we will then design your premium template.
