How long will it take to set the booth up?

We will attend your venue usually between 1 – 1.5 hours before your package starts. This will give our attendants plenty of time to get everything ready for action.

Can the booth be set up outside?

Absolutely. We do require adequate cover to protect the photo booths high tech equipment from the rain and any other elements with access to 240v outlet as close to the booth as possible. Please have a plan B in place in case of unforeseen circumstances out of everyone's control.

What's the difference between an 'open booth' and a 'closed booth'

A closed booth is most often seen in shopping centres and arcade shops. It’s a booth that you can physically walk into and close a curtain usually only with up to four people.

The beauty with an open style booth like ours is that there are no walls. You can take a large group of family and friends and stand in front of a backdrop and create crazy and beautiful images together. The amount of people that can fit into an open style booth is directly related to how well you can play Tetris. We have seen numbers over 20+ on numerous occasions.

Why an open booth and not a closed booth?

It’s human nature to be attracted to other people’s emotions particularly when you see people having fun and laughing. This emotion triggers a dopamine type feeling and people of any age suddenly immerse and attract themselves around this good energy.

With an open photo booth, people typically jump in and photobomb someone’s photo due to this irresistible urge of good energy. The end result? Well, it’s at these precise moments you create something very unique, and wonderful. . . Priceless memories and photos you will cherish forever.

We accept direct deposit, cheques and PayPal. These details will be provided on the booking form

What space do you need to set up?

3x3m2 is highly recommended but not necessary as we can manipulate the setup to fit inside unique spaces.

Do you provide different packages other than the standard hours?

Most definitely, if you want or need something that’s not mentioned send us a quick email explaining your event requires and we’ll be able to send you a quote.

It was the best decision to hire the photobooth through Snaptured. They were ultra friendly, the wall was premium quality, the props were hilarious and the online gallery available afterwards is an awesome feature. It helped make our wedding a lot of fun. Having already postponed our wedding last year due to COVID, last Saturday 10am’s snap 4pm lockdown announcement threw our 5pm wedding into a sudden 12pm - 4pm wedding. Snaptured were on the phone and immediately offered to support however we needed. They immediately got their team and booth to our venue so we could still make our day as special as possible. The Booth was a hit and a highlight of our wedding as we had little time to capture the mood - Snaptured photos showed us Howe much fun our family and friends had at our “speed wedding”.
