Looking for celebrants in Melbourne under $500
Hello, We're getting married in Northcote on the 17th of September, 2023. We're having a small wedding of around 50-55 guests and we're after a simple ceremony of under $500.

I am not in Melbourne but mentor many Celebrants.
There are just 5 people that must be at your ceremony for it to meet legal compliance; the couple, the celebrant, and two witnesses but you have chosen to have 50-55 guests
Just to be clear, and please correct me if I am wrong, you want a beautiful Ceremony but a cut-price celebrant remembering that without a Celebrant the event will just be a party and your shoes, cake or dress may cost more.
The professional Celebrant has many legal responsibilities before, during, and after the Ceremony while offering you personal support at every moment.
The average celebrant will spend a minimum of around 20 hours in your interests, will be insured, must undergo annual training, and will provide a PA and other options. The average Celebrancy fee is around $800 but you are choosing to entrust the greatest day in your life to a cut-price stranger.

Many Melbourne celebrants will perform your ceremony for that price.
You need to check on Easy weddings, contact a few and arrange to meet them.
You and your celebrant must hit it off, dont choose someone you dont immediately like.
And do by all means, in your email, explain your price ceiling.
I am sure you will find several who are availalbe and willing to solumnise your wedding
