With many years of professional skills in the holistic wellbeing industry including life coaching, a background in corporate industries, and a published poet, becoming a Marriage Celebrant was a calling to combine many life skills into this exciting profession. Performing your wedding ceremony is my joy and honour. I look forward to making this important part of your special day meaningful and memorable.

FAQ

Can I customise my own vows?

Yes you can. You are required by law to use particualar wording but you can add your own words after that to personalise your vows.

What is the best way to contact you?

You can contact me anytime on the phone, via my email address, on my facebook page or through this website. I will get back to you within the same day of your contact.

Do you travel outside of the Yarra/Dandenong Ranges?

Yes I am prepared to travel to your wedding destination outside of these areas.

How quickly do I get my wedding certificate? Is this certificate a registered document?

The couple's marriage certificate is signed by the couple, the witnesses and the celebrant on the day and presented at the wedding.

To get a registered copy of the marriage certificate for legal reasons the couple must apply to Births, Deaths and Marriages for an official marriage certificate. Allow up to 20 days for this to arrive.

All couple marriage certificates presented to the couple at all weddings are not registered documents.

What legal forms do we have to fill out?

The first meeting we have together is an informal chat about what sort of ceremony you would like on your wedding day.

If you decide to go ahead with the official booking then at our next meeting The Notice of Intended Marriage "NOIM" is filled out and signed by the couple.

Just prior to the wedding the "No Legal Impediments to the Marriage" form is filled out.

On the wedding day 3 official forms are signed by the couple, the witnesses and the celebrant.
