With over twenty years of experience in media, I bring a unique set of skills to my couples' weddings. First and foremost, I love meeting new people, and learning about their stories. I believe every couple is different and telling their story is what makes the difference between a good and an amazing wedding ceremony. As an experienced copywriter I enjoy the creative process of writing ceremonies, and as a professional actor and presenter my performance on the day is warm, engaging and fun.
Every couple is different, and so should be every ceremony! My rates vary based on a number of factors: the ceremony option you choose, whether you marry mid week or over a weekend, distance I need to travel etc... I can perform legals only for as little as $350 and prices increase from there. It's always best to chat about what you're wanting for your big day, and a personalised quote can be provided based on your individual needs.
I get asked this one all the time. Honestly, it wasn't too different to a normal wedding. Aside from the crew, being asked to wear an earpiece to communicate with producers, ceremonies are performed like a "real" wedding so that it "feels real". My favourite part of MAFS is the ceremony, for obvious reasons as like everyone else I'm hoping to see real love stories play out.

Get Expert AdviceDo celebrants have a backup celebrant in case of emergencies?
Hello. I was wondering what happens if our celebrant is sick or something happens and they can't come to our wedding on the day? Do they usually have a backup celebrant in mind for this sort of thing? And how does it work with the legal side, would our marriage still be legal if another celebrant performed the ceremony? Thank you!

From a legal perspective, the NOIM can be transferred to another celebrant if required. Should a celebrant ever be unwell or an unforeseen situation occur (it's doesn't often happen but obviously can) preventing them from being at your wedding, we would make every effort to find a suitable replacement. We've got you covered!
Is there anyway possible to get married without witnesses
Can you be married without witnesses in the same room. As I have anxiety issues and I don't do very well around other people.

You must have two witnesses present, however if it helps we can supply these for you so that witnesses aren't people you know if that helps you with nerves. I don't know about you, but I'm often more confident performing in front of people I don't know than people I do.
